Scratches on Instrument Panel Cover. How to fix?

I recently purchased a CPO 340i. It was in great overall shape except for scratches on the clear plastic cover that covers the gauges. Is there a way to remove the plastic glass only and use something like clear plastic polish on it? Can I order just the plastic piece and replace? Thanks in advance for your input. Image below for reference.

Garage List
A quick look at realoem.com does not show a separate part number for the clear plastic cover for the instrument cluster.

Maybe someone else will have better luck finding that part number.

Otherwise, you may want to consider clear nail polish or clear screen protector vinyl fixes

BMW doesn't sell the plastic cover. However, it is removable. If minor scratches, use plastic polish.

I have tried to remove the plastic cover and it isn't possible. When you remove the screws at the top of the cover, you loosen the entire display console. I have a 2015 435 and this console costs $995.

Personally I wouldn't touch it b/c you could make it worse. Try to just enjoy driving your sweet ride!

I personally swapped the cluster plastic on my 335i... so it's entirely possible on the F30.

Ive always used Polywatch on clusters and its always comes out perfect. Just used it yesterday on my Lexus cluster and looks like new now.

Toothpaste worth a shout depends on how deep the scratches are.

Novus plastic polish works great for superficial scratches.

Make sure you use a very soft foam pad to polish the plastic and not a microfibre. Microfibre towels are too rough for that soft, soft plastic.
