Any Idea on this Warning Light?
hi anyone,
I have been searching google for like forever and can't find any info about this warning light on my 2016 BMW F30 340i. basically it is the open door warning light with the exclamation mark on the top right side. when I close the door it's gone. when doors are closed no lights but when I open any door on my car the exclamation mark is showing. any idea what this is? I checked car status and it says ALL OK. sorry for my ignorance. TIA, vic |

It’s a new thing initiated on the F3x. On the E9x the warning triangle only illuminated if there was an actual code stored. On the F3x it illuminates with just an open door. I had the triangle during the whole winter, because my winter wheels have tpms sensors that are not compatible with my car. I assumed that had caused the car to store a code and that I would have to take action to get it cleared. I was surprised (and pleased) that after I switched back to my summer wheels and tires the triangle went away on its own.

Probably the type of person to attempt the tide pod challenge on numerous occasions. I'd prefer to see them just be castrated and never reproduce or in any way pass on such defective genes. |
