Boost tap, which sensor?

So there's the MAP sensor that's on the intake manifold, and there's the TMAP on the charge pipe. I have an adapter that fits between the sensor and the base and it fits both sensors. Which is the best to tap for a boost gauge? Does it even matter?

MAP sensor will be what you want. As you want to see what the Engine ECU sees for true boost in the manifold. Do you have a link to the product? What or where are you mounting the gauge?

I would do MAP, but usually you tap a single wire.. What are you installing exactly?
