Headrest tilt button replacement?

Does anyone know how to remove/install the headrest tilt button in an F30? RealOEM doesn't list it as a separate part and I cannot find any instruction on how this can be done. I'm talking about the actual button on the headrest, the part you push in which tilts it.

Just had mine replaced at dealer. I believe this is what you need 52-10-7-362-623 (headrest imitation).

No, I actually need the button only. Unfortunately it doesn't look like it's sold separately.

Ok I think the part number I gave you was for the whole mechanism.
