32307845876 is not required (unless you want the M logo) since you can reuse your current one. It may come with the wheel if you buy used.

These are hard to find used, so you may want to consider getting the F30 Msport wheel + airbag instead.
Thanks for the quick response! I've been looking at some websites that ship out from europe that sell the part numbers. I was hoping to just purchase 32307845878 and re-use my existing airbag. I'll let you guys know how it turns out. Thanks

*EDIT*

My car already comes with the paddles. Would I be able to re-use them or do you have to buy a new steering wheel with paddles?

You can re-use the existing paddles and wire harness, and cut/drill the new steering wheel to attach the paddles.

I'm planning to buy myself a F20 M steering wheel, will this fit on my F30?
I already have a F30 M steering wheel but without shifting paddles so I found that one.

Will the airbag from my M steering wheel fit on the F20 M steering wheel?

Yes, the F20 M steering wheel will fit on your F30, because F20 and F30 have the same steering wheels.

The steering wheel will fit, but the airbag from F30 M Steering wheel (round) would not fit on the F20 M steering wheel (hexagon).

Yes I think that should be clear.

*boggle*

This may be the solution to my problem.. 2014 F32 that I really love, but I HATE the steering wheel, and the cost of swapping both wheel AND bag just sucks. (and is beyond my budget)

Am I reading this right? My F32 airbag (V shaped style) will fit the F20 steering wheel? Straight one to one swap?

As a follow up, what do yall think of this? Granted, if I got it and in the US there is international shipping etc etc.. I THINK it would fit?

I could swap out the buttons from my wheel I assume.
