Oyster Leather

A quick one of mine from a better angle. And I love it, would get it again. Really lifts the car and makes it feel special. At night, the LEDs pick out the oyster inserts really well.

I always thought the same but I saw an F31 in GS with the Oyster interior and it actually looked really good! My car is MG with Oyster and no regrets at all; works very well as a combination IMO.

another MG with oyster hereHave to say I LOVE IT! It dies get dirty easily but it cleans up easily toi. I carry some leather cleaner in the boot and clean it at random points when u get out of tge car and notice its dirty. I would order it again in a heartbeat. It looks stunning with the MG IMO. I think it lifts the interior and gives it a much more luxurious and expensive look. I think the red interior looks a lot nicer in real life though. It always looks bright red in photos but is a lot darker, more oxblood in real life

The oyster part of the dash was the one area upon ordering that I was unsure about. I ordered the individual black trim to act as a contrast and I think it looks fantastic.
Really adds light to the interior and everyone who sits in the car goes WOW!
No issues with the seats picking up grim and the light coloured seat belts have grown on me too.

GaryUFM Which pack options adds the USB connection under the air conditioning unit (shown in the image you posted)?

i rang around a few dealers looking for the 4 series in the red metallic - one dealer asked why i would want red on the 4 series as she had never seen or order one. It was if i had asked to see a 4 series in fluorescent pink - strange as i think the red suits the 4 coupe.

not sure about oyster and red - i don't think the 4 has the oyster lower half of the dash and i think the carpets are black (thankfully)

Seen a few red 4s (or more likely the same one several times), they/it look great! Mine has dark carpets. I wasn't expecting lower half of dash in oyster, but I think it looks great. As for the USB, I think it's part of the EBT package.

Had mine for 6 months now.

Treated it with dye block when new and give it a quick wipe With leather wipes every few weeks.

Done 8k miles mainly in jeans and it still looks great.

Really happy. Especially with the leather dash.

Anyond used the ValetPro leather protector? Would be interested to hear how it compares to Dr Leather or Gtechniq.
