What do you guys think of this color combo? I'm thinking of something like an Alpine White M-Sport X5 or AW 4-Series Grancoupe with ivory leather. Classy, or overdone?

Personally? I think its too much white. However, its your car and your money, not mine. Get purple on purple if thats what makes you happy!

I thought it would look good with white leather only on the armrests, seats and part on the door. The rest of the interior would be black.

Does anyone have pictures of similar cars with this color combo?

OP, that is what I would have ordered too. I hate dark interiors.

I would have gone with the white interior if I could have. I love the two color contrast of white leather with the rest being black interior parts. I'd go for the white, it looks great! (Just be sure to be careful and clean it if you wear jeans a lot...)

I don't wear jeans often so I don't have to worry, plus I take good care of my interior. I buy products from the Chemical Guys; they're really good.

I love the ivory interior....everyone has black. My kids (16&19)both say white is a girls color......

I wouldn't do white on white, but I do love the ivory/white interiors you can get especially in the Darker colored/Blue M6/M5

The Carbon Black/ Ivory and Imperial Blue/ Ivory looks good.

Light interior will become a pain to clean after a while

Not my personal choice. But I have to say after looking at the pics, I find it much better "in person" as the leather is more greyish than ivory.

1) Color is very personal.

2) I'm not one to talk b/c I'm very much considering a "superman" combo.

That said white on white, esp. in DE seems very much overdone. Overdone isn't necessarily a bad thing... I fully admit a "superman" combo is overdone as well. After years of staid "classy" combos, I'm ready for something a little more unique, outlandish, and controversial.. some here would even say outright tasteless. But, honestly, just as blue/red conjures up Superman, to me, white on white conjure up a Prince video like When Doves Cry.

But that goes back to my point #1 above. Yes, it will draw attention, good and bad. If that bothers you then its not for you. If you don't give a hoot and it makes you happy (and you have permission from your SO) go for it.

True, white being the absence of color, really can stand out. I'm ready for something much different from the usually dark German interior.
