finally all of the thugs are now kicked off the team. At least the team can start with a clean image this season. good riddance.

Brooks is still on the team. No decision has been made yet. If the outside LB's had played really well Saturday, they would probably cut him during the initial roster paring.
I'm more concerned about the O-lines ability to keep the other team's players (thug or not) away from Kaepernick.

Lola that's funny. This season will be a dumpster fire if Dylan Thompson is going to be the savior.

Just have to believe that Kaepernick will be much better with game planning and scheme. I think people forget he has won multiple playoff road games and gotten to a Super Bowl. He doesn't stink, but there are areas that need to improve. Last year was a mess and while the 49ers have lost lots of talent, they could, be better just because there is stability from the coaching staff.

Have to say I am impressed. Too soon to say all our problems are solved, but what a great first week. 49ers answered many questions tonight, the Seahawks lost, Pete Carroll embarrassed himself (wasn't supposed to be an onside kick

), and the Raiders wet the bed. Only a Cardinal loss would have been better.

Solid looking win all around for the niners, watching the throw kap made to vernon on 2nd and 20 in the 4th quarter showed that hes developed some touch. A year or two ago he wouldnt be able to make that throw.

Our division still looks incredibly tough which is awesome because the division champ will have definitely earned it. St louis looked fantastic overall. Arizona looked pretty solid and Palmer was on fire. Seattle still looks extremely dominant but there are a few potentially vulnerable areas(O line and Kam hold out). But im just glad our offseason is done it was so brutal.
