Not looking to hijack your thread but I thought I would throw mine in here as well. I am looking at a all-wheel drive 4 series convertible, no money down, sign and drive (tax, dmv, etc included) for $763 a month with 15,000 miles per year. The car has an MSRP of $62,500.

I think you may be able to do better. L.A. is a very competitive market. I would forget about $2500 down or any amount down on a lease. That is a kind of shell game. The security deposits are ok to reduce monthly payment but you'll lose that money if you decide to put the car up for lease assumption before the lease end (to get your new M4).

I'd call Robert Grass at Valencia BMW (L.A.) tele: 661-288-7166. He's the internet mgr. No beating around the bush, no negotiating, he'll tell you the deal straight up, right away. I've leased several BMW's from him. Great deals and great to work with. my deal on 2014 335 $57000+ msrp, 13% discount, no $$$down or security deposits, $560/mo. Don't forget you have $1000 option credit incentive, plus $500 if you are eligible for usaa membership.

It's too late to order a 2014 435, but Valencia is a huge dealership; around 500 cars in stock at any one time. They may already have a 435 just like your looking for.

My 435i had the exact same options as your and MSRP pricing of $59,600. My monthly payment with 7 MSD and 9.0% tax rate is $576.17. I get 12,000 miles per year on a 3 years lease with $0 down.

I would consider putting in the 7 MSD instead of 2 MSD. The saving will outweight leaving the money sitting in bank saving account.
