I totally agree. Wonder if anyone else's looked like this or if I was the lucky draw. Of course I was planning on installing these this weekend since I have tomorrow off, but now im hesitant.

That's a bit of excess filler that is normally ground down before the item is shipped.

Looks like they missed the initial grind down in their haste to get a back ordered item expedited out. It won't cause any issues but if you e-mail us we'll get you a replacement as soon as they arrive back in stock!

FYI. The chargepipes are out of stock until late January. I kept my order as its too cold for me to install anyways but just wanted to mention in case anyone needed one sooner
