The F80 springs are still available. If you're only looking for a stiffer spring rate then they can work for your 328d, but they won't lower the front at all. In general I don't recommend them for 4cyl rwd cars because of that (most people are looking for a drop too).

Interested in your rear set of tall Eibachs if you still have them! Shipped to 10701?
EDIT: Considering these on my F34 with one of the following front springs: 1)Tall Eibach x-drive springs(F11-20-031-06-VA) 2) F80 DCT Front Springs Bilstein B6 Struts all around. I plan to try this setup out before having a full consult with Shaikh for a revalve for a new setup with a HAS. If you have any input or recommendations, it'd be much appreciated, as I know you've tried every spring short of the season on your F31.
