Anyone who has done the wrap... how does the wheel feel thickness wise?
Our steering wheels are already pretty thick...

Took it off due to the Alcantara looking a state. I'm getting another but will be getting smooth leather top and bottom and perforated leather on the sides this time

it makes the wheel slightly thicker. It feels very much like the M4 wheel when wrapped

That's the exact one I was considering, would rather have leather than alcantara. Let us know how it is!

Wrapped my wheel about a week ago and very happy with it. Also wired the car for paddles and retrofitted them into the car at the same time as the wrap. The paddles are quite fun. The forum and YouTube were lifesavers for these mods.

M-Sport steering wheel, also wrapped the silver trim in matte black (did a interior silver/chrome delete), no use of double sided tape:

Does this count as it’s still wrapped?

Has anyone removed the wrap since installing it?

My steering leather is in excellent shape, ie still matte, and I have not used the supplied adhesive, only stitched on. My question is will the leather still be in good condition?

Thanks
