Snapper really does Rock....

Walking back to the car today with the sun low in the sky the car really did look stunning even though it was far from clean. Had to get the DSLR out and take a couple of pictures!

I know it's a Marmite colour but i have never had a car that gets some many nice comments from complete strangers........

I nearly went for SRB too... with the MP kit it a real head turner.

I went for “recession” white... and pics like these do make me regret my choice!!

Know exactly what you mean!
Every time I park it up I can't resist having a glance back at it when I walk away, always makes me smile!

Here's mine on the day of delivery last August and yes you're right it pissed down!.......Even so still looked amazing!

Beautiful colour, I debated getting that one but my wife didn’t like it, and I was worried I’d go off it, I went for conservative estoril blue, pick up next Friday

Just needs some ACS springs to hide that wheel arch gap

Nice car though.

Actually it doesnt. The latest LCI model drives very well.

Dont care about the gap. It is what it is.....

I love the SRB but like you have a wife who doesn’t like = sat having a coffee today in town & she says ‘theirs that Snaggle Rock colour you like...’ - I tell her it’s SRB & all I get back is ‘if you like that colour you’re having a mid-life crisis’, wtf?!

I'll count my lucky stars for an understanding wife, she actually helped persuade me towards SRB! Even got a clean in yesterday

Same here. Wife told me to go for it. Even the valet parking guy at Heathrow commented on the colour this morning.

I was heading up the M6 the other day for a meeting and a 440i in SRB came past, had a few m performance parts on too, this was just as the sun was coming out and I thought to myself how good the car looks, followed it for a few miles before it turned off.

......and there's my wife saying estoril blue should be re-named ubiquitous blue as there are so many of them so she reckons!!
She took a bit of convincing that SRB was the better choice though.
I wanted it because it was closer to the most favourite colour I ever had which was my E92 335i.....still miss that colour and because it was only in the range for about a year it is as common as hen's teeth on the road now.
Maybe SRB will be fairly unique in the future too as it's only available on 4 series models at present anyway, who knows???
Oh and it can't be a mid-life crisis for me unless I'm going to live to a hundred and twenty, I'm sixty in three weeks time!
