Going for super aggressive fitment on F30!
Hey guys, just picked up my first BMW - F30 335i Sedan RWD last week. I want to get this bad boy slammed with aggressive fitting wheels.
I've done it on my other cars, and there's no reason why I won't do it to this one. If you're not a fan, it's ok - but please don't add your negativity to this thread. I'm trying to fit the below fitment: Front: 19x9.5 +23 Rear: 19x10 +28 A few questions I need to get confirmed before I can start properly, since I've been told many different answers. 1) I've been told the F30 front fenders are PLASTIC? Not mine, I did a magnet test and it's metal - unless this plastic is some Germany creation that attracts magnets to it. 2) Is the front wheel fitment on an E90 335i the same as our F30s? I was told yes, just confirming. 3) My front fenders do a sharp ridge that needs to be rolled, but my rear fenders are FLAT. Is this normal? It looks to be OEM quality, so I don't think it was rolled. Things I intend to Do: 1) Getting camber plates/arms and running -2.5 to -3 camber front and rear -best brand to go with for this stuff? 2) If my front fenders are indeed metal, I will be rolling them and slightly pulling if necessary. 3) I plan to lower it so I can tuck a little bit of tire (no wheel gap!) and stretching 235s in the front, and 245s rear. Any fitment experts, feel free to chime in! Last edited by duckJAI; 04-08-2016 at 08:41 PM.. |

hellaflush = hellafail.
You can run the original factory staggered setup on those tires 235 and 245. No need to go with anything wider than a 8.5" on the rear for a 245. Last edited by Polo08816; 04-08-2016 at 06:03 PM.. |
