M Sport Euro cars, and most outside the US get these.

It's option 3DZ WITHOUT ADDITIONAL DESIGNATION OUTS that's applied to US and Canada cars after MY2012

Agreed. I wonder if there is some hidden way the dealer could do just the leather dashboard with the black Dakota seats that isn't public knowledge.

Keep in mind that Dakota costs $1450, so Merino is really an extra $2550. Still expensive. Another fun fact . . . Black Merino is available in Canada and ROW. Figure that one out.
