Hey guys, first post on the site. Excited to get a 435i GC, what do you think about this lease deal?

$627/month
$3500 to drive away

The Sticker MSRP is $62,625.

Thoughts?

Need more info, residual, money factor, etc. You're not paying sticker right? Looked into multiple security deposits instead of cap cost reduction? Getting any incentives?

MSRP is MSRP. 58k is the agreed value or selling price. What about the other info. Can't really judge a lease without more info.

See if you can get close to 8-10% off MSRP. Residual should be around 60%. Base MF should be 0.0013 but with multiple security deposits you can get it down to 0.0008. Base acquisition fee is $725 but can be marked up to $925. Doc fees should be around $80. Make sure you are getting $1000 Holiday Incentive.

Also, tell them since BMW is changing designations (335 to 340, 435 to 440) with 65 more hp, you need more incentive to order the 435 now, otherwise you'll wait.

If I were to leave 7 MSD's, would I need to leave any other type of down payment? Or this is it?

Why not, new engine will be in production in July 2015, 65 more hp, upgraded everything, same price.

Mostly speculation. 2015 models just came out for crying out loud.

So i haven't heard a response back from the sales guy at the dealership. Im going to another dealer tomorrow. I decided on the 435i without the xDrive to lower my monhly payments. Ill throw winter tires for this time of year.

What would my monthly payments look like if I negotiate this deal;

435i Grand Coupe
MSRP 60,635
36 months
Final MSRP - 54,563 (10% off)
Residual - 62%
MF - 0.0013
Paying Taxes and Fees up front (about $3500)

I used an app and plugging in these numbers I got 590 a month...

You're likely not gonna get 10% off unless you buy off the lot. I got about 7% off for a special order, and that was considered a lot. Especially on a Grand Coupe, which aren't exactly plentiful, they aren't inclined to give great deals.

I just got an offer today, 9% off MSRP. 610/month, 3600(first month payment taxes and fees), not off the lot. New build.

I think I can push for the 10%...590/month. I got another place that told me they will beat any offer so lets see.

The few dealerships I spoke with dont have any White 335i GC's, seems like these are very limited.

I got 10% off for my build but I had $2000 in incentives/credits. Not going with MSDs?

I'm in NYC, I read I would have to go to Jersey for MSDs. Would the MSD's be apart from $3500 taxes and fees? Or would the MSD's be the $3500?

Actually I see on on top you said it would be MSD's plus 1st months payment taxes and fees. I think Ill just stick with no MSD's...10% off msrp, 0.00013 mf and 62% residual should add to 590/month with 3600. I think thats a pretty good deal.

Huh. Looks like I need to push a little harder. $61.6k MSRP, I need to push for $55.5k.

You could pay MSDs fees and 1st months as drive off and put no other cap reduction. It would raise your monthly but calculate for yourself the difference between a 0.0013 MF and 0.0008. It was about $1200 difference over the life of the lease for me. You get the MSD back at the end of the lease.
