I'm too lazy to search but there was an official BMW installation manual for the splitter and diffuser, to my understand it's very easy to install, all that's holding those parts are betalink adhesive..

From what i understand the rear diffuser is held by some betalink adhesive and most likely it's clipped on or a few screws are holding it in place.... nonetheless this should be a simple job for an autobody tech, if you don't plan on painting parts of the diffuser then you're probably able to install the diffuser yourself.
