Angel eyes won't focus in photo

Wanted to take some pics of my car with angel eyes on but they never focus on the iPhone and just blur and glare! How are people taking the awesome photos of there's, professional camera maybe?

The best I can get is this - at night I only get a blur with both my Cannon and GoPro hero 4

Damn that looks better then what I can get. I don't get how guys are getting sweet pictures of them really clear and defined. I'm finding it impossible
