My Mineral Gray / Coral Red F30 335i Thread!

Long time lurker and first time BMW owner here. My wife and I are expecting our first baby so instead of me buying another sports car I opted to get something nicer, smoother and quieter. The F30 335i seemed like the perfect car for me so after a few weeks of searching I found the right one...

Mineral Gray / Coral Red M-Sport 335i CPO with literally every option possible.

I haven't taken many pictures of it since it's all stock right now but I'll be doing a few things to it here and there. Bolt ons and JB4 for sure.

Day 1:

Since the car has all of the black trim the chrome grills just stuck out to me. Picked up a set of all black grills from a member on here.

Also removed the ugly front plate mount since we don't run them in LA. (damn those screw holes!)

The only thing I hated about this car was the ugly burl wood trim. This is the same trim my mothers BMW had in 1993. Ugly AF if you ask me. It had to go.

I wrapped all of my wood trim in the 3M DiNOC stuff. It was a pain in the ass until I got the hang of it. Took a couple of hours to pull it all off clean and then apply it. I did all of the trim with a 48x24 sheet and still had some left over.

Put all of my Chemical Guys product to work this weekend and almost died of a heat stroke detailing it. Had to clean the wifes CRV Touring and my track missile supercharged Civic Si sedan.

Thanks for looking, I'm sure I'll post more pictures soon since I plan on gutting my muffler this week.

I usually post pictures on Instagram as well: @hybrid_david

Congrats on the little one and the new ride! There's plenty of fun to be had in a 335i! I agree with the Burlwood trim!

Thanks! You know, I've been looking at the V706 wheels in gunmetal! I wish these F30s could run deeper concave wheels in the front! 8.5s are so weak!!
