I want HRE P44SC, but I need to save "some" before that is a reality!
8.5x20 up front and 10.5 in the back. Not as extreme widths as jzhang and longtran but should look good enough. |

There is a difference between 'fitting' and fitting without rubbing, even when slightly lowered.
10 ET38 pokes like a 9.5 ET32. I would have to guess this will rub with either a drop or when going over large bumps with a decent sized tire & no fender work. |

If this is the case then x10 +38 should "fit" also. Hopefully with just slightly narrow tires and slight drop...Maybe 265 width tires.

I'm going with the 18" 397's 'cause I really like the look of them much better than the 19" 401's. Also get the added benefits of a smoother ride, less weight (~18 lbs for all 4 wheels), and the ability to rotate.

20s
I have 20s on mine and it looks good. I posted pics on another thread. Check it out. They are 20x9 in the front and 20 x10 in the rear. No rubbing what so ever and it fits just right.

Would 19 inch 9.5 wide and 38 offsets fit the rear,?

I would go with more rubber than 235/35. My reasoning is due to the 235/35's having a pretty light load rating at "91" combined with the tiny sidewall equals lots of pothole dodging. Unfortunately I was not given the same advice, so I thought I'd pass my experience along.

I have 20" oem 356 wheels off of a 6 series on my car with 245/30 and 275/30 runflats and there is plenty of tire even with the low profiles. I think the 20's suit the size of the car well but Im undecided if I want to go back to 19's and lower. I think it looks good I just have to get better pictures.
heres a couple, and heres a link to my thread http://www.f30post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=709645

Just madaptive suspension. The gap isnt really that bad but sometimes on an incline the front looks higher. I would love to lower the car but want to wait a bit and see what options come up.
