Unfortunately, only on the XDrive model.

Anyone know why BMW is so reluctant to offer it on the non-XDrive 328i? I consistently see it left off the list for special lease rates.

Residual might be adjusted as well. BMW.CA has not been updated yet.

As far as I know the residual values have stayed the same.

48 month lease for a 328i xDrive:
  • 50% - 20km / year
  • 51% - 16km / year
  • 52% - 12km / year
I've also heard that the dealer has to contribute $500 to allow the consumer to take the 1.9% lease rate. So that's $500 less you can negotiate off MSRP.

Can't believe what I heard from my dealer today regarding the new 1.9% deal. Since I signed in February with the promotion of not having to pay destination charges ($2 095), I cannot benefit of the new rate...so I'm stuck with the 3.9% rate of February!!! According to them you can only have one promotion. Ill choose the 1.9% instead!! I'm not done arguing with them.

My 328i xDrive is getting built as we speak and I don't think I'll have it before May. So complicated to deal cars in Canada...it's seems to be so easy in the States.

Did anyone get both deals?

Does anyone know if the lease numbers changed for the 335xi (36 or 39 months)?

you should be entitled to the new rate. that's a guarantee made by bmwfs to all buyers.

they did this to encourage people to buy soon rather than wait for the new rates (it normalizes reported monthly sales volumes)

that's why there's no difference whether you order now or next month since if there's a change in rate, you get the lowest.

continue fighting with your stealership!

BMW has posted the 3 series specials for March.

http://www.bmw.ca/ca/en/insights/spe...l_offers1.html

The 335xi and ActiveHybrid 3 are still at 4.9% (lease).

Yeah,,it's been there for a couple of days, but the payment calculator section is still showing 3.9.

that calculator tool never gets updated with special rates.

wrote to bmwca once a year since 2008 to complain about it and still nothing happened. it's obviously not a priority, unlike in the US where they have a much better website to begin with.

i think this is intentional on the part of bmwca. they want customers who don't know how to calculate a lease using excel, to head down to the dealer and get the sales pressure treatment... and eventually, a quick sale.

Good points!
BMWUSA definitely is much better maintained. The UK website is pretty good as well.

The new rate I will have for sure, it's the combination with the free destination charge ($2095) that will tuff to have. But I'm confident...it's not the first time a stir up some s...at that dealer. It’s the only way for mot getting rip-off!! Next time, I'll move to USA.

Thanks

I think your dealer is BSing you. When my wife ordered the car it was 4.9%, when the car arrived, the rate dropped to 3.9% and the dealer gave her the lower rate automatically.

it's funny how here in Canada we get bend over (in terms of prices) as it already... also need to fight with sleazy sales people to get advertised discount or interest rate...

The 3.9% is not the issue. The combination: free destination charges (Feb promotion) + 3.9% seems to be impossible. It's either or!!! We'll see about that...

Does anyone recall the incentives for February? It included the excess wear and tear thing, but was there something else? Thanks

The 2013 528xi is also 1.9%. Great deal for that car also because the residuals are also very high.
