Anyone know whether the genuine bmw e90 roof bars will fit the f30. If you look on the Thule web site they sell the same bars for both models (and the one series). Are they more adjustable than oem?

Anyone tried to fit them?

f31 ones are different from e91 mate slightle wider

I'm using my Thule 120cm aero bars from my previous E91. According to Thule they are the same bar lengths for both cars.

Anyone tried the OEM bars on a f30, I have a chance to get some cherish and would rather go OEM if I can

I did this a couple of weeks ago - perfect fit - Whatever Thule gear I ordered for the e90 ( Aero Bars, Foot Pack, Fixing Kit etc) works spot on my F30 - just had to widen the 'track' a fraction. They'd been gatherign dust for a couple of years so well pleased. Tested at high speed ;-)
