Anyone know what delivery times allow for a factory tour?

Factory tours in English start at 11:45 each day and go about 2 hours. Currently, my delivery time is scheduled for 11:40, so the Welt info told me I am unable to do a factory tour as it conflicts with my delivery. I need to try to reschedule my delivery time to allow for the factory tour, but they failed to tell me what times do work. Does anyone know? Just don't want to wait several days again for an answer.

For anyone else that might benefit in the future.

I got this all sorted out. Tour goes from 11:45 to 1:45. Got my check-in moved to 2:10 with a vehicle delivery time of 3:40. They want me to arrive 45 min before the tour starts. I think this is about as short as it can be.

June 9, Everything is set except the final purchase paperwork - maybe late May - hope the May incentives are pretty decent.

Get good shoes for the tout... Its well over an hour of walking, its worth it, but it will be tiring.

Thank you, the tour is very good. I have been before - a number of years ago, but I forgot all the details. I'm going again because I think my son will get a huge kick out of it. A real life How It's Made. I am excited to see his reaction.
