Looks like a pretty good deal if you just pick up extra center caps! These will work! I just put a set of 18x8 BMW style 415 turbine wheels on my car with 225/45r18 tires. Same offset 34 and no issues clearing m sport brakes.

Actually just picked it up so haven't had a chance to play with the with summer tires yet! However whatever the stock tires are for m sport and track handling, Michelin pilot super sport i believe. With the 442M orbit grey wheels which are 19x8 front 19x8.5 rear.

Hey guys I'm in the hunt for new rubber on my 2014 335i with 403 M Sport wheels 19x8" ET36 225/40/R19 front / 19x8.5" ET47 255/35/R19 rear. I read this whole thread and didn't see an answer to my question so please forgive me if this is a repeat, but what's the widest rubber I can fit on my wheels without spacers or rolling the fenders? Would love to go 245 up front and 275 in the rear.

245 front and 255 rear are the widest tires on those wheel widths!

245/40-19 front and 255/40-19 rear or 245/35-19 front and 255/35-19 rear.

Im currently looking at this setup:

8.5x19 et 37
9.5x19 et 33

How will this fit on a F30 with stock baseline suspensions? Kinda worried about the rear as they differ too much from stock et 47. And what kind of tyres do you guys recommend? 235/35 and 265/30?

If your car came with 225 tires both front and rear your wheels are also square 8x18" ET34.

You can fit a square setup of either 245/40-18 or 245/45-18 MPSS on your square style 400 wheels.

Guys, I need some help. I have the exact same set up as 2016340iMSport, 225/45-18 square on 400M wheels.

Can I fit the following old set on my f30?

Rear - 265/30-19 on 9.5x19" ET33
Front - 245/35-19 on 8.5x19" ET30

Dealer said rear is not the right fit for my car.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Will F Series 385 Style OEM Wheels fit my E91 Touring/Wagon?

Hi guys, I have a 2012 E91 which has the following oem alloys fitted:

Style 339 - 17 x 8 ET 34 with tires 225 45 17 (square setup)

I am considering a purchase of the following wheels and tires from the F series:

Style 385 - Fronts 18 x 7.5 ET45 with tires 225 40 18
Rears 18 x 8 ET 52 with tires 245 35 18

I would appreciate your advice and thoughts.

or

F: 8.5x19", 235/35-19 (2% shorter than OEM)
R: 9.5x19", 275/30-19 (2% shorter than OEM)

Both setups have matched front and rear diameters which is important with xDrive.

I would probably have picked the first option, with higher profile tires. It fills the wheel wells a bit better on your xDrive.
Greetings .BMW

Your replies gave me the confidence I needed to order ZE40 Volk for my car, aiming for your option:

F: 8.5x19", 235/40-19 (2% taller than OEM) ETA 35
R: 9.5x19", 275/35-19 (2% taller than OEM) ETA 45

Question, the rear, will it clear inside an M Performance with Adaptive M? It is not lowered but I am thinking about it. Eigher case I can also go for a 265 /35 in the rear.

regards

It will clear since your rear wheel offset is 45.

With ET35-40 a rear 275/35 tire might rub though.

I just wanted to see if 245/40/18 front and 255/40/18 rear is a good staggered size?
for apex arc8 that is 18x8.5 front and 18x9 rear. Thank you!

That's a great setup (with RWD)!

Hi everyone. I have a 2017 440ix GC with M Sport package. I'm new to the rim world and looking for an easy bmw install of 20" rims with tires.

Anyone use the "BMW M PERFORMANCE LIQUID BLACK 20" STYLE 624M"set? (bmw part is 36112287896).

Quote from bmwusa.com:

This stunning 20” alloy wheel set in polished silver finish includes the M logo on each wheel, high speed mounted and balanced high performance summer tires (Pirelli P Zero Run-Flat), center caps, valves and sensors. The assembly comes preassembled for easy installation. This set is the largest technically possible wheel and tire combination approved by BMW for the 3 and 4 Series (F3x) models. Additionally, the style 624M wheel is not available from the factory.

4 Rims:
Front axle: 8Jx20 Offset:36 H2
Rear axle: 8.5Jx20 Offset:47 H2

4 Tires:
Front axle: 225/35R20 90Y XL * RSC
Rear axle: 255/30R20 92Y XL * RSC

Expensive. Damn.

Beautiful wheels!

But I would actually recommend a square setup with four front wheels and 245 tires!

8x20" ET36, 245/35-20

There are two main reasons for a square setup.

I always recommend square setups for performance and the possibility to rotate tires. With xDrive it's also easier with square tires since you don't have to care about diameter diffrence front to rear.

With square tires on OEM 20" wheels you can also chose 245/35 tires which give slightly taller sidewall, which in turns give improved comfort and better wheel protection!

Thank you for your reply .BMW. Really appreciate it. Sounds like solid advice. I wonder if BMWUSA Parts would allow me to change the configuration to do as you suggest because the part#36112287896 I'm reading comes with a predetermined rim/wheel configuration or so it reads here. Hmmmm. BMW web site here

Yes, that's a complete set with staggered wheels and tires.

You will need to buy 4 front wheels as spare parts and source the tires from a local tire shop.

Partnumber for style 624 8x20" front wheels.

That all makes sense.

Last question I have, as a beginner to the topic of enhancing rims/tires, what is a GOOD dealership charge to put these on my car out-the-door? I'm asking because that's what I'm being offered, I was told "an awesome installation fee". Long story but should happen. If I went with the 4 20" and 4" Pirellis from the part#36112287896 per bmwusa.com the write up even reads this: (Notice the pre-assembly).

"This stunning 20” alloy wheel set in polished silver finish includes the M logo on each wheel, high speed mounted and balanced high performance summer tires (Pirelli P Zero Run-Flat), center caps, valves and sensors. The assembly comes preassembled for easy installation."

Yes, those tires will work with RWD!

The rear tires are 3.5% taller than OEM sizes though.
