Wow that's a lot a month....

What were the terms on this lease (MF/Residual/MSRP/Sell Price/Money down)?

No way a $56k 335i leases for under $600 with nothing down.

it wasn't nothing down. It was the same amount down that's being advertised on BMWUSA. So I guess you could take it with a pinch of salt. Didn't realize OP had nothing down. Surely he had to have paid taxes & fees. Monthly seems way to high for that priced car. Even if you get it at invoice (hope OP did), the MF these days is .00130 with a Residual of 62% for 12k miles a year. Not blasting the OP in any which ways, but just my opinion. that's all...

This is not a horrible deal. I did the math and assuming you pay $500 over invoice for the car right now the monthly before taxes come to $510. That means a $55 monthly difference exist. Over a 36 month lease you are paying $2000 more.

So I would recommend a $3000 cash incentive + pay the transfer fee to get this moved.

Just leased a loaded 335i msport (every option and package except auto tranny, auto high beams, and driver assistance plus) with mPerformance exhaust and 0 down, 12k paying about 620. MSD's bring the payment to 585.

In any event, glws! It's a beautiful car.
