Boost Control change on F30?
Does anyone know if this is possible? Maybe thru coding? I would love to up the boost on my f30 a few PSI.

You would need software.
BMS stage 1 is about $375 and is showing good results. 0-60 drops to 335 levels.

what kind of HP is that giving? $375 is not bad if there is a noticeable difference.

0-60 drops from 5.4-4.9. It's about 30whp.

That seems VERY CHEAP for so much HP

I don't think you can adjust boost via coding, but you could reflash the DME. Cobb makes a flashing unit for the 335 so it should only be a matter of time before they release support for the 328.

I had the juicebox installed. Very easy install! And you definitely feel the car pull a lot more past 3k rpm.
The install guide on burgertuning.com is excellent and easy to follow. Also, I emailed a couple of questions to burgertuning because I had a few questions; in all cases, I got a response within a couple hours.

It's the nature of tuning. I spent $1200 for my first Saab tune only to get the same or better tuning later on with open source tuning for $250.

I'm waiting for this. I bought the stage 1 and had it installed but one time I gave it some gas and the car lurched and gave me a bunch of warnings about "drive-train failure". It reduced power to almost nothing. I removed it and now it runs great. Terry @ BMS wasn't very helpful and didn't care about what the fault may have been, but all I know is that my car ran perfect before and after the tune now that I have removed it. Hopefully the stage 2 will be better but personally am going to wait until there is more document miles before upgrading upgrading my car and risking losing my warranty.

No other modifications. 93 octane gas. Just gave it gas and BOOM reduced power and warnings like crazy. "Drivetrain Failure" and "Chasis Stabilization Failure". Terry @ BMS told me to buy the BT cable and check codes to see what happened, which @ $300 I'm not exactly interested in. The only reason I needed it was because of his product. Now I feel stuck because I don't want to take it to the dealer because I'm concerned they will see I tuned it and void my warranty. He basically told me to take a hike and that the tune had nothing to do with the error. I am partial to believing that but his complete lack of interest in figuring out what it may be led me to return the product. I don't think I'm really going to be interested in BMS stuff anymore.
