Yep that is a more robust solution, but since OP asked about paying someone to do it Bimmercode also a decent option. Slightly fewer available features but assuming you can pair it with the BT dongle the rest is pretty brainless.

To do something like turn off legal disclaimer you literally click on "legal disclaimer" and press a button for "off" so you'd have to try really hard or be really intoxicated to have a hard time using it.

That said if you are reasonably tech savvy your solution has more options. Think of it like setting up software on your computer, you can just click through and say yes to all recommended settings (aka Bimmercode) or you can go to advanced settings and do all kinds of fancy stuff (E-Sys) if you want but for 99% of folks you don't really need that stuff.
