Lighting or tech package for new 328?

Hey I was wondering what people's opinions are on the lighting package vs the tech package? I just placed an order for a 328i with the premium package, lighting package and nav. I'm starting to think I should ditch the lighting for the tech package. My only concern about the tech/HUD is that I wear polarized sun glasses and can barely see the HUD during the day. Are auto high beams and adaptive headlights really worth $800 though?

Only worth it if you are going to code NGHB (No Glare Highbeams)

Otherwise get tech package.

It worked out.. The dealer couldn't get me a 328 so I ordered a 340..I skipped the lighting and tech packages to save a little $$

Yes 340 is a huge improvement over the 328. You won't miss those two packages.

I quite like the tech package and the HUD. And the incremental cost over the a la cart navigation isn't that large.

But overall I think the 340i was the right choice. Option preferences are of course individual preferences
