Lemon law experience on leased car?
they could not fix the issue after 4 attempts; so I got them to trade my F30 with another model (possibly 135). I also want to re-negotiate my lease terms (MF)
anything I need to know before I go to town with this "trade"? I am not sure how they will handle the old lease contract and transfer it to the new one; and I don't want to get screwed |

Oh yea, i have plenty of experince with lemon law on leased cars in flroida from BMW LOL!
Basically, you will get back all the money you invested in your current lease, (money down, monthly payments, minus mileage.) there is a formula you use, and you either get a check back or roll that money into a new lease. It allowed me to go from a 42K 328 that i was paying 602 a month for into a 52K 335i that i am now paying 560 a month for. PM me if you have any questions
