FA read error

Hi, this is my first time coding and after connecting to the car successfully using the F020 (non direct) connection, I can't move on to the next step of reading from FA and have been getting the error messages: https://www.dropbox.com/s/8q17bbs69w4gh96/Error.docx

I also can't seem to read the i-steps from the VCM window.

I'm using E-SYS v3.23.4 and 52.1 PSdZdata.

Has anyone seem similar errors and managed to resolve them?

U can be assured of that mate, I get the pop up saying connection succeeded. The thing is it takes a long time to connect, around 1-2 minutes. Is that normal?

Yes, takes around a minute or so the first time you connect each time.

All I can suggest is to let the car have a sleep and try again.

I know it's redundant but, just in case, you are following the instructions correctly? Connect, read VO and then the FA comes up in the VO section?
