Have you coded a lot of the features from the master list onto your car?

You need to have your laptop plugged in to your computer. Tomorrow I will post a video of the basic operation of E-Sys. Hope that will help getting you started!

Done! The quality turned out to be pretty bad, but it gets the job done. Will post an updated HD video tomorrow.

I really like the M Performance, and Splash screen ones. Video in motion is nice too

These look awesome. Really helps me get through the days till I take delivery of my 435!
Have you tried to enable Video Playback via USB? I'd love to use my 32GB Flash Drive to do this. |

Best explanation I've read is that when you unlock the car with a keyfob it starts up the iDrive in the background, so by the time you get into the car and start the ignition the animation will be skipped.

Sorry just saw this since i haven't been on in a while...To be honest I wasn't the one who coded it, it was a local member (frogman) so maybe PM him?

So i want to get this stuff done to mine and mentioned the power folding mirrors to my salesman and he very sternly warned me not to code my car. For obvious reasons I listened to him but what I found interesting was he said if I take my car in for service/maintenance/recall, etc. and they see it is coded they will void the warranty right on the spot. Does anyone have this issue? I don't feel comfortable buying a $60k rock and we all know BMWs get pretty expensive after the warranty.
Any suggestions? |

Also, maybe he meant if the car was tuned, not coded, perhaps he confused the two....
