F31 M Sport Wagon

Hey guys. long time member. First post. Picked "Gracie" up last week (my daughter named her...because she's grey!). By the way, The first time I ever saw a 328 sport wagon with the M sport package in the flesh was when I picked her up. I really appreciate the uniqueness! Tints went on immediately. Some more cosmetic mods going down this week. I'll post more pics when she's done. I was certain that I would need to throw in a Juice Box but this thing is a lot quicker than I anticipated. Might go without. Speaking of which, if anyone has a recommendation for a good chip, let me know. Thanks.

Yep. However I didn't build the car. I actually wasn't even aware that the sills existed. Never seen them before. Love 'em! My dealer found it while it was somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic on its way here. He read off of the options list and I was like holy cow, that's pretty much exactly how I would've built it! Only thing missing is the Harmon Kardon upgrade but the stock stereo is pretty good. May just leave that alone.

great looking wagon and beautiful color choice. i think you should pair the side skirt extensions with a front splitter to complete the look. really loving the new taillights on the LCI

Thanks man. I think you and I are on the same page. Front splitter is already on order. As are M Performance rocker panel decals, black exhaust tips and all the badging is going to be black and white. Also considering wrapping the roof and mirrors in gloss black. What are you think?

Great wagon - congrats!

I love the look and relative unpopularity of the F31. However, I'm stuck trying to convince myself that I'll be happy with a 4 cylinder coming out of an E70 50i. I too was pleasantly surprised at the power and sound on a test drive but I just don't know...

Your spec is perfect and likely exactly how I would order one. I think silver staggered BBS CH-Rs would look really good on these.

I like your idea to black the mirrors and roof - nice and subtle contrast.

Thank you. I came out of a F01 750 Li. It's been almost a month and I can't say I feel like I'm missing power. All of its torque is available at 1250 rpm so It's quick. On paper its actually .2 seconds quicker to 60! I do feel the lack of horses on the highway but nowhere near the point of irritation. I figure if it starts getting to me I'll throw in a Juice Box. I wish i lived in a state where I could allow myself to get aftermarket wheels. Been there. Done that. Never again in NYC! I did however, since I posted the last pics, paint my wheels gloss black. Looks awesome. I also threw on gloss black exhaust tips, blacked out the blue on all the emblems, and de-badged her. Front splitter, rocker panel decals and body color front reflectors (those orange eye-sores are killing me!!!) are on the way. Still on the fence regarding the roof and mirrors but leaning towards. Black roof may be too subtle on the Mineral Gray. I'll save that for a future moment of malaise, Lol. Glam pics with all the mods coming soon! ) here's a couple after I painted the wheels and threw the tips a on.

Well, with your latest mods, maybe you should re-name her "Gracie Slick"
I'm sure that those black wheels would look awesome in sunlight !

Looks really good - will look forward to more pics!

Where are the exhaust tips from? I have done a bit of research on the F31 as I am quite serious about getting one here when my lease is up and was told by a couple of dealers that M Performance exhaust is an option on the F31 but only as port installed on an ordered car.

Tbh I think I may be satisfied with larger tips like you have here. Obv considerably cheaper and looks great!

I'll definitely check those out when I'm ready for a boost. Thanks. Are you currently using one of those?
