I remember early on ppl reported that the steering wheel would vibrate, mine wobbles left to right but just a little and just noticed it after 10k miles? Have you had this? It only does it at 35-38 mph and than its gone? Has anyone fixed it if they had it and what did they actually do to fix it? Thanks a lot! Btw i have stock wheels 19" staggered w all season tires

What is your production date? Cars built 11/2012 and later have some revised parts. New steering column, wheel hubs, etc. BMW has also been doing software upgrades to the electric steering rack. I recall some 328 cars are getting new racks when dealer opens a PUMA case with BMW.

Check with your dealer.

Take it in and ask them about 11/2012 changes. Push them to open a PUMA case.

BMW will likely authorize a rack change. FOr sure your car will get a software upgrade which may help too.

Don't count on them offering to change your steering column and wheel hubs to the newer versions.
