Bmw Individual on Canadian Configurator

I was just playing around with the configurator on the canadian website and came across individual exteriors, interiors, and trims!
Prices are:
Exterior colors $1450
Interior colors $1990
Interior trims $500
quite reasonable, eh?

It is okay... Can't really justify $2400 for Merino...Dakota is fine...I must admit that the Nappa leather in an AMG is definitely nice and is always included in their price.

The figures are in canadian dollars and is equal to $1590 USD for merino, and $1150 for Paint!

Isn't it a lot more expensive than that in the US?

Mostly because Dakota is standard on most Canadian trims, so the upcharge for Merino is pretty steep.

I think in the U.S. it's $1450 for Dakota and $2300 for Merino, so only a $850 upcharge. But our price for the Individual paints and trims is higher, so it probably balances out.

Yeah I was commenting that our I paints and trims are lot more expensive for that. And I don't believe that it's a simple $850 add-on if you already have Dakota as part of the luxury package right?

AFAIK the cost differential from Dakota->Merino is indeed only $850 MSRP, reduced further by discounting. HOWEVER, it seems like in the U.S., selecting Merino also forces you to buy Individual trim for another ~$1k; every U.S. 4-series I've seen with Merino also has Individual trim. It may also force you to buy leather dash for another ~$900.
