I've noticed in the pics when people upgrading the front bottom lip to M sport... there are 2 different looks...

first one looks like this

secone one which i prefer looks like this

do they each have a different name?

Eh... The first one (blue) has en M-sport bumper with the M Performance lip (painted). The second one (red) has just the OEM M-sport bumper and no lip?!

I was more curious about what the OP was talking about since he was talking about adding a front lip and then added your stock car.

I don't have a lip on either at the moment, but I think it looks quite nice. But it is way to low to be practical where I live.

I think the blue car looks more aggressive, so if you have lowered your car and nice new wheels I prefer that look. For an otherwise stock car I prefer it without a lip.

That is a splitter on each side on an OEM M-sport front bumper. Fits the F30 too, not just the F31.

Different people like different products though, I don't think they would continue producing it if it didn't sell well.

I want the bumper on the red... but also i want the bottom chrome grill on the Schnitzer installed on the red one... is it that possible?

Yes, BMW has the bumper and your nearest AC/S dealer can help you with the other part(s).

But a complete bumper won't be cheap.

I can do without the chrome grill.
