M performance exhaust... Is something wrong?

I just got my exhaust installed yesterday and I feel like it doesn't look right... I feel like it's too low but also what is inside?

That's really low and sticking out pretty far. Who did it? I believe you can adjust where they hang to get the height right.

Had the same issue, they just need to realign the mid pipe and muffler pipe correctly. There are no adjustments where the muffler hangs. If it's not aligned correctly your mid pipe will also be misaligned and start hitting the X bar framing under the car and you'll here a very loud rattle at some RPMs.

There's a dimple where you are supposed to cut the original muffler off but I found it would have been to short. It sounds like they cut it longer to be careful but I cut it an inch closer to the muffler (or to the back of the car) from the dimple. I can't see your pictures but the tips are adjustable too, so you may be able to push them in.

I took a picture of my friend's for comparison; he just got his installed a couple weeks back.

Yours looks lower than his. Hope it helps.

Look underneath and there should be a screw that you can loosen in order to slide the tip back.

It's way too low I had the same issue even when I cut the dimple. I had to cut it another 1/2" to help it sit higher. I even thought about having a muffler shop cut the hangers and shortening it a little/re-welding it to help it sit slightly higher, but it's sitting fine now
