That may explain the price. Xpel more expensive?

Quote:
Suntek
1. Glossier smooth finish
2. Some rock nicks will show
3, Harder film

Xpel
1. Slightly thicker with a little bit of an orange peel effect
2. Does not show most rock nicks
3. Softer film
Source: Tesla Motor Club

Reading further some go for xpel on the front and suntek on the back.

Be aware that some of the self healing materials,XPEL included, have a orange peel effect. You will see this close up.

If you paid a local lad £15 every month for 4 yrs to wash ya car it would still be a few hundred quid cheaper than wrapping and that including you buying the detailing products....

I can't bothered with that crap either. I just want ppf on front and rear bumpers as these areas prone to scratches

I'm thinking of getting my front bumper done, due the amount of chips I've been getting recently from motorway driving.. been quoted £250 for it, but I'm not sure what type of film they apply.
