Oktoberfest Hotel Room - 4 nights

Are you doing ED during Oktoberfest this year? I went to Oktoberfest last year and such a great time I booked a hotel for 2010 back in January. Unfortunately, I am no longer able to go and I failed to read the fine print so now it is too late for me to get a refund for my room. My loss is your gain. I called the hotel and it is OK to change the reservation, I just cannot get a refund.

The room is available for 4 nights at Tryp Muenchen hotel. The modern TRYP Muenchen hotel is located in Munich, Germany, 200 metres from Theresienwiese and all the Oktoberfest fun. The old town, Stachus shopping area and the Cathedral Church of Our Lady are within one kilometre of the hotel. Munich's main train station is 500 metres away.

The first $1500US takes it, however I will consider reasonable offers. Check in/out dates will be provided to serious inquiries. This is a great deal since it is already so close to Oktoberfest and most hotels are either sold out or much more expensive.

I am located in Seattle, WA, USA. Communication in English only, sorry.

$1500 for 4 nights is a little steep, even during Oktoberfest. I stayed last year during Oktoberfest in the old town (4 star) for $115 a night.

You got a great deal. Last time I paid $125 per night to stay 45 minutes outside of Munich (by train). I just did a search and am seeing rooms for $400+ but most hotels are not even showing anything available.
