Front mounted intercooler came off at 21K miles. Also have a stock charge pipe which I don't have a photo of.

Hadn't thought about that.

I'm running the Fabspeed high flow catted. Do you know if I'd still fail with it?

For only $200, you should keep it. Cats are very expensive if you have to go back to OEM.
