2021 BMW X3  [0.00]
2023 BMW M4  [0.00]
It looks promising. I'll wait to reserve final judgement until I see the production version (or concept version) in November. Either way though, this will most likely be my car in 2015 or 2016, except F32 in M3 form

I graduate in 2015, so I will want to reward myself, and what better way of doing that than with a car I've loved since I started loving cars.

The new 3 Series will probably look like a scaled down 5 Series, which isn't so bad, but if BMW makes it similar dynamically to the 5 Series (with lifeless steering and a suspension that's too soft), next year could be the first time in 20 years that the 3 Series isn't on the Car & Driver Ten Best list, or an Automobile magazine All-Star.

I like it, not sure on the indicators on the side mirrors, looks very VAG if you ask me!

It appears to have good visibility outward with bigger side windows than the F10. I hope it has a compartment for a temporary spare tire, but that is probably an unrealistic expectation.

Shit that hood does look quite high. Also, the rear end is quite high and it looks weird against a very low front nose. My favourite 3 saloon is the E46 and I think it still might be. Need better pics though. It prob will look a lot better.

Agreed. That hood is really high, and nose is so low. Seems off. The rear reminds me of my E92 LCI.

Overall though, it looks promising

Too big. Would it be too much to ask for BMW to make a modern version of the E36? <Rhetorical question and yes is the answer >

This is what the e90 should have looked like. It looks great from what I can see. But, I think the new C class will be a looker judging from there most recent styling direction.

I think the rear deck bump is more pragmatic aero than trying to retain Bangle's look.

Really a mini-me 5er (yawn). BMW is becoming as consistent in design language as Audi is to the A4 -> A8.

Even though the spyshots make the car seem kinda "Blehh", you have to remember that tons of creases and dynamic elements are covered by the camo. I think it's going to be HOT!

looks like an F10 lets hope it drives better. F10 is a dull drive IMO.

Scott - u keep posting this photo ... i gotta say i really hope the lower grille on the prodution car does not look like the photoshop. gets back to the whole shark-face thing. can u shine any light on that?

also what happened to the info about the turn signals being placed under the headlights a-la new 6er? i dont see that here ...

also, y no new hood lines like the rest of the F-chassis (they clearly tried to place tape here)? ... just looks like the LCI with wider grills (its kinda lame)
It is not as proportionate as the artist Jon Sibal was working on my posted discription of the design. And to give him credit, from my description he rendered a very close-to-the-final design of the car.
My description was based on my early viewing of the car a couple of years back from memory.

The turn signals under the headlights will be available exclusively on the Coupe and Cabrio models.

If the coupe version looks as good as the e92 (one of the preatiest cars out there!) then they've got me. Not sure about the shark antenna, cause it's ugly...
