Dealer has confirmed what you say as correct i.e NO sports suspension in xdrive. Told him I was quite annoyed that I had to learn this from the forum. Still not sure what to think now. |

Plenty of pics on main site of 335 328 x drives definitely notice but then it sits to high as it is standard, but if you are after the versatility of AWD is the higher ride height not an advantage you don't see many slammed X5 or X3's and they handle fine

Interesting. from the photos of the f30 xDrive on the forum i could not see any difference. Maybe less noticeable with the 19" rims but for me it's more about the effect on handling and surely that is a massive part of what the M Sport is about. I am now completely in two minds about the xDrive but will reserve judgement until test drive as there are many benefits to having it.

The looks would concern me as even the M sport F30/31 don't look as low as the E90/91s. Add the 10mm because of Xdrive and it may look a bit high. Would also need a drive to make sure it handled as it should.

That is correct the 18" on e90 fill the arches mine and look great but I feel the f30 is just crying out for 19" or bigger if looks are important and agree as above you do notice it but you will son forget about it if it good IMHO some of the pics I seen of the F30 looked very high until I found out some shots had still transport blocks in

"I can confirm that if M Sport Adaptive Suspension is added to an xDrive 3 Series the car is lower by 10mm compared to the standard suspension". This seems clear enough. |

Sounds pretty clear to me and good news ...... so long as its true as others seem to have conflicting advice.
Does that mean an Xdrive M Sport with adaptive is 10mm lower than the Xdrive standard suspension? |

If anyone can see any noticeable difference of 10mm (yes 1cm) I'm amazed! It's all on our heads! IMHO the 3 series xdrive doesn't look any higher (or lower!) than any other f30

Pic is a bit dark but I would have said x drive too, the front especially is a bit high.
If you ever compare an E92 with the M Sport suspension and one without the difference is quite noticeable. |
