Sticky center console buttons

Greetings,

I have had the misfortune of spilling some coffee in my F30, but only on the Traction Control and Eco->Sport buttons. However, they are very stiff to push now. Does anyone have any cleaning solutions to unsticky these buttons? I have tried using a cotton swab with some rubbing alcohol to clean around the buttons, but after it had dried it seems to have made the buttons stiffer. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Just get it replaced under warranty.
