Hi gents,

This is my 3rd post for the same issue.

I gave my car back to the BMW dealership to sort my rattle from the doors and armrest. (Snows Portsmouth)
All good for 1-2 weeks and then the doors started again.
I spoke with him and he said he can't help me anymore (long distance between my house and the garage) so he adviced me to get to the local BMW (BMW Ocean).
I did get there and I told them that they could phone the BMW dealer I bought the car but they have refused because is different BMW group.
Also, I have remainded them the car is still under warranty but they have said if the dealer who suppose to sort did something wrong to it I will have to pay for.

I thought they are one same group. Becoming frustrating that a car I am paying £436 a month, to rattle and the customer service to be that poor, when I get home after a stressful fay in the office with music off and all I hear is that b…y rattle.



Any thoughts?

Try reading through this thread for some ideas and fixes. I have an F30 with the shadow line trim and applying polyethylene tape where the trim contacts the frame on the entire car fixed my rattle, for the most part.
