340i Lease take over, Track Package, Nav, Leather, Driver Assist, Backup Cam

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
USD 565.00

Item Interest
Zero Down, $565 a month including Texas taxes for a 3 year 36K lease. 30 months remaining as of January 6th, current mileage is about 4150 with over 1050 miles a month available as of 1/3/17. 36099 total miles allowed. The car stickered for just under $54K, date of manufacture was 5/16. End of lease buyout is $34,706.

Added the OE 398 Charcoal wheels with literally brand new PSS tires and TPMS to the deal. So zero down and $565 a month gets you two sets of wheels/tires - both sets include OE BMW TPMS sensors - and over 1K a month in mileage. Try and get that at a dealer, you'd be lucky to find an ultra low mileage lease with these options at this price, let alone one with a second set of wheels!

Apex EC7's running PSS' in a square 255/40/18 set up now.

It's garage kept, no dents, scratches or dings. Washed weekly, either by hand at the house or at a touchless car wash down the street from our subdivision. It's in a garage at work, too, so out of the sun and rain any time it's not being driven, paint is perfect.

Not that I'm interested but listing monthly payments and more details about the car (auto/manual, lease mileage, etc.) would greatly improve your chance.

Doh, great call out, can't believe I didn't have either of those in there...

$565 a month, 30 months remaining come Jan 6th, just passed 3700 miles, with 36099 miles allowed over the lease term, or about 1080 miles a month available from here onwards.

It's an 8spd Sport Auto. I'll take some pics of the interior this weekend

Christmas Bump to add the OE Track Package wheels and tires with maybe 200 miles on them to the deal. So 2 sets of wheels come with the car: one square on Apex EC-7's with 255 PSS' on 4 corners and the OE Style 398 gray wheels seen in my sig running staggered with 225/255 PSS'.

I swapped to the square set up 2 weeks after getting the car so the OE Wheels and Tires have been sitting in my garage since August, they still have the wax feel to them on the outside! That's an over $2K bonus wheel and tire set on the lease take over!

Taking pics of the interior shortly, posting soon!

Images, Mileage in the pic is as of today - 12/22/16 - at 3947 total miles, so 32152 miles left on lease, or 1071 a month as of today.

After being asked, added build sheet, added details on extra wheels/tires/TPMS, clarified that the $565 payments includes Texas taxes and that the cost to get into this lease is zero ($0) down. Keep the questions coming!

So having seen a ton of responses to my lease assumption, was thinking is there a better way to proper one's car for sale?

As part and partial to this, what kind of pics should be required?

Net is, I plan to take a ton more pics and offer them to the forum. Question is will that drive conversion?

Yup, still haven't had a chance to wash and detail them, but hope to this weekend.

They're over on the wheel and tire for sale section with some (bad) pics. I'll get better ones uploaded this weekend.

PM me if you're interested, the 340 is a goner!
