If you don't have front PDC, this is the best option.

They make kits that go into the tow hook whole and there are kits for PDC cars as well. For me it's more about getting the right guy to repair the 8 wholes they put into that front plate mount. When I got my car I told them "do not put a front plate on" they agreed but the mount was already on. After checking on here I found that that front mount is on there with 8 screws. Only way to do it right is have the whole bumper painted since I have BSM. So, kits are out there but be aware what lurks under that plate attachment.

Modbargins.com makes a kit for and w/o PDC.

Sorry for the less-than-ideal pic. This is the kit I am using, works great! -> http://www.gominigo.com/BMW.html

It is way overkill and costly to fix right. the plugs IMHO look horrible, just to many of them.

Being cheap, I took a rubber plug about 1" in dia. drilled a hole in the middle. Put a "gripping" nut on the back and a bolt thru the license plate holder and tightened the bolt until the rubber plug firmly gripped the towing "hole".

You do need to offset if you have a sensor there.

I didn't want to mess with removing that center piece.
