Thank you! There are some minor things I have to get fixed. Previously owner messed up the tail lights so I have to replace all four.

what an awesome thread OP! Your motivating me! I have a 2011 335 Msport i purchased in 2015, and im really wanting a 340. I had as a loaner a few times and i was blown away how much faster it felt. I also am a fan of the F30 interior/ comfort.

So thats interesting, you dumped your Q60 for it! Im assuming it wasnt the newer version with the potent twin turbo but still curious how do you think it compares with your 340?

Congrats and wow you really took the modding by the horns! I havent done anything to mine really besides tint.

I love the 340i! so much faster than my Q50, and yeah it wasn't the twin turbo version. The Q50 I had was great and all, but was lacking power and it was RWD. It is fun with RWD, but I wanted an AWD because of the snow we get here. Definitely get the 340i! I was look at an M3 F80 before and it was too much at the time. Only thing I wish BMW would've done is to make 340i's fenders wider.

Thanks! I have few things I still want to do to my 340i before I stop modding; lower, and new wheels. Then start saving for my second car which will be M3 F80!

Haha yeah I love it too! I got it from EAS. Never buy it directly from their site because of the price. Contact them through phone or email so they can give you a lot better pricing.

I never knew how good those 400m rims looked in gloss black, especially with the mineral grey paint! I think I found my new set of wheels lol.

Lol yeah they do look great! Only thing is that I wish they were the 437M wheels haha. What wheels do you have currently?

Currently I have 403M wheels on, though I want to downsize as the NYC roads are horrid lol.

Thanks. I came from a Q50 with BBK and it brakes a lot better than when I got the 340i. So I had to change to M perf. BBK. I did test drive a 2015 335i and it had the blue msport brakes. Its braking were so sharp and good compared to 340i. I didn't get it because it was RWD.

I do like the look of the M performance brakes, but every time I dig into the M sport brakes, I never have issues with stopping power, so I guess I'll leave them be for now.

Mine were the standard 2 piston front and one rear and they sucked soooo bad. Had hard time braking. The M Sport brakes (blue ones) are pretty good.
