A quick visit to autotrader, kijiji, and/or craigslist would give you a rough idea. BMW website (previously used) will likely have an inflated price.

Unfortunately, you have taken the brunt of the 1st 2 yrs of depreciation. If you sell / trade in now, then the next buyer will benefit your nicely seldom driven car.
