I don't see why you would need a manifold as this is just a spacer kit for the manifold. Their manifold also comes with the option for 6 injectors which would render buying both a huge waste of money
I was thinking the same thing. Well this isn't as Purdy as the fuel it kit it's still a nice price . Hal you going to accept my damn friend request ? You know who this is ?

I got the manifold info from an email inquiry I sent them. I didn't talk to them, I'd be all over it already but for the manifold comment from them.

What about this, I'm still learning the fuel upgrades to support a bigger turbo and more e85. Would this replace the need for a port injection upgrade? Haven't gotten a quote from them yet.

As a matter of fact that would probably help a lot with the fueling on these cars. That's really the limiting factor and reason for PI is because the HPFP just can't keep up with Volume requested when running E85 and or even pump gas in some cases

Cool that's what I was thinking but I wasn't sure. I'm going to request a quote.

We're all waiting on our quotes, I haven't seen anything on anybody running one on an N55.

I sent a message to UWE at Xtreme-DI on the *********** forum, he responded there and said the cost was high at this time as you mention above. He said he was having issues getting a tuner to work with them to put some numbers together and said the data they have so far is owned by the tuners they worked with. He also said his concern was since the performance with the HPFP they produced is so tuner influenced that if he sold them now he could end up with pissed off customers and he didn't want that. *********** is down since this morning so i can't get at his message. He said he was going to contact each person the pm'd him and that requested a quote. For now this looks like a dead end, at least for the near term.

The asterisks was $P00L$+REEt

Here is the message I received:

Hi zole2112,
I have received more than 10 requests after this post was started.
My problem is, i do not own any results or numbers that i could publish. It is always the tuners, i work with, that own the numbers.
I tried working with three BMW tuners. One was a mess, the other sees no market, for the money it costs, the third does just big builds where the fuel system would be $6k.
I need a local guy in detroit that i can work with and that lets me publish the numbers.
The Hpfp35 is $1850 retail.
I can do a group buy. But i dont want 10people to be upset with me because they expected other results.
I will reply to every single guy direct.
Might sound stupid, but i dont have resources to play this social media game. Whatever i post, people like Vargas will start a fight on it.

I hope that makes sense to you.
Please send also an email if you havent yet.

Thx !
Uwe

That's a damn shame. Not like Vargas has much to say considering he blew up hid own car running his own turbos.

Yeah Vargas is annoying to me. Not a lot of credibility.

$1850 does not seem that bad when you consider the cost of a fuel-it PI kit, less points of failure, etc.

The question is; what does it take to work?
