Sunset Orange Shadow Edition
Spied my first Shadow Edition today at Peter Vardy in Edinburgh in Sunset Orange .... Much darker than expected, but looks pretty good.
It was a 335d Touring and was plastered with advertising stickers which spoilt it a bit. I didn't have time to take pics, but will be there again tomorrow & will take a few pics.

Lovely colour. I'm hoping they do it on the 4 series at some point - I'll be all over it

That's a lovely colour.
Awesome with gloss black bits.

I do like it, but I don't think I'd be brave enough to order it!

A bit marmite on the touring, as it's quite a big machine ... in real life it looks darker than the pics suggest.

I love it and I'd have ordered my GC in it if it was available.
Depending on the lighting it can be orange, through to copper to almost a metallic brown. |

Saw my first Sunset Orange today too, an M140i, while driving home from confirming my own 140 order (Melbourne Red). It had passed by the time I worked out what the brown colour could possibly be - it's a really deep copper colour, at least in that light.
I thought it looked really good, and not orangey at all. Mrs XWV, who didn't see it, is still adamant we're not having an orange car. Perhaps I traumatised her when I went through a phase of wanting a Valencia F31... (I'd still love a Valencia F31 340i to be honest.)

Yeah, that's quite weird that it's not on the M Sport as well, it'd have definitely been on my list for my F33 if it'd been an option

I can see it would divide opinion Personally I think gloss black bits and a black gloss wrap on the roof would tone down the orangeness of the car.
