335i M-Sport Lease

Hello guys, want to know if I'm getting a good deal. Ordered a 335i M-Sport in 6 speed manual. It's a 36 month lease, 10k/year. The only options I wanted on the car is the M-Sport Package, so it's the only option I've chosen. With the MSRP of $ 47,450 and I'm leasing it for $490/month including taxes, with $4k down.

What are your thoughts on the deal I'm getting?

Thanks!

Ask what your payment would be if you put nothing down, beyond "cash due at signing" (fees, first payment, inception fees, dealer fees, ect). Also find out what the "cash due at signing" is, since you're clearly putting cash down on the lease beyond what initial "cash due at signing" is.

It's definitely not $4,000 - probably more along the lines of $1,500-2,000.

With only about $2,000 down, assuming that's "cash due at signing", I think you'd be able to get a monthly payment more along the lines of $450-$475.

EDIT* $586 with no money down. and then for every $1000 it takes of roughly $30/monthly payments.

I am from South Florida also, I ordered mine with David from Steve Thomas BMW in California, my car will be delivered to me locally. I would consider contacting David for a quote, I am sure he will beat that deal. He beat my local dealer by over $60 a month.
